Alberto, unfortunately no, as others have stated this is not California compliant due to the detachable magazine. Any semi automatic shotgun that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine is prohibited in California. If you want a tactical shotgun I'd recommend a pump action since they don't have the same strict laws like semi automatics. Sorry but hope this helps.
