David, the charging handle can be switched to the opposite side Sir although it will still eject right side. The stock is long enough to keep your face far enough back to avoid shell ejection. It will take just a little practice to get comfortable with left hand firing. My brother is a lefty and has no issue firing my SDS NK1 Bullpup. Cheers and stay safe! David, the charging handle is reversable but other than that no. So the ejection port would still eject to the right. Sorry but hope this helps.
