Rock Island Armory GI Standard CS *MA Compliant* Single .45 ACP 3.5 6+1 Wood Grips, Can the grips on this pistol be changed out with any GI standard model grips?

Steven, yes as long as they're compact/officer sized grips. Full sized/government won't fit, they're too big. Hope this helps.
