Daniel, unfortunately it does not. Many replace the receiver cover with a railed unit : -- opticsplanet.com/ncstar-scope-mount-ak-accessory-top-cover-3-rail-mount-mtak.html

Daniel, to be on the safe side I'd contact century arms at 561-908-7993 or email them at ( support@centuryarms.com ) because I'm getting mixed answers and firearms are too pricey now days to not know exactly what you're getting.

Paul, Googling the upc 787450777743 several sites show this with a side mount.

Not sure where Josh got that answer, but from what I've read on century arms website the VSKA doesn't include a mount point for a side rail, maybe I missed something, but from what I read it's just the C39V2 and newest RAS47 that include a side mount.
