Prohibited:
✘ A semi-automatic shotgun that has at least two of the following:
● Folding or telescoping stock
● Pistol grip that protrudes
conspicuously beneath the action of
the firearm
● Fixed magazine capacity in excess of
five (5) rounds
● An ability to accept a detachable
magazine
The 2nd & 4th items disqualify this shotgun.

Ken, this is not legal in Massachusetts due to the Pistol grip and the fact it can accept a detachable magazine. If you want a tactical shotgun I'd recommend a pump action since they don't have the same strict laws like semi automatics. Sorry but hope this helps.
