Justin, yes, these are reusable. The foam tips are replaceable and this includes a set of replacement foam tips. My local Walmart has the same ones and I've used these before, worked great until I lost them. Hope this helps.

Justin, yes. For optimal performance, the Comply ™ Canal Tips used on EP7s should be replaced every 2 - 4 weeks or when soiled. Additional tips can be purchased directly from SureFire. To replace Comply ™ Canal Tips: 1. Unscrew old tips and discard. 2. Wipe earplug stems clean with a clean, dry rag. 3. Screw on new tips until fully seated and hand tight. DO NOT overtighten, as this may damage the stems. ALWAYS replace both tips at the same time.

Absolutely are!! Once the foam starts to break down or tears then I'd replace.
