This model shouldn’t be affected by the atf brace band or be categorized as a sbr if left stock correct ?

David, no, the Diamondback you're looking at wouldn't be affected if left as configured. If you add a brace then yes it would be affected. Hope this helps.

David, it will not be affected as is. If you add a brace, it would become a SBR if the new ruling goes into effect. Have a great day!
