Hey everyone, I was looking at some ammo for my new guns and was wondering if it was legal in NJ. I looked it up and some say it is legal, others say it isnt.

Gabriel, yes, the Winchester USA 5.56x45mm NATO 55 gr Full Metal Jacket 1000rd case Value Pack is perfectly legal in new jersey. I've never bought the value pack but have shot thousands of these rounds and they have always been reliable and decent accuracy in multiple AR-15's. Hope this helps.
