  • Is it normal for paint to chip after 300 rounds ? Gun barrel kinda looks bad with all the chipping paint

  • Nicholas, this is not normal, I have way more than 300rds through mine. I would contact S&W to see if they will remedy this for you.   • Nicholas, no, doesn't sound normal. Sounds like the finish wasn't done properly. I'd recommend contacting smith and Wesson at 1-800-331-0852
    Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM or you can email them at ( qa@smith-wesson.com ). Smith and Wesson has great customer service so I'm sure they'll be willing to make it right. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps.
