California Chiappa M4-22 upper 10rd mag?

I just ordered the Chiappa M4-22 upper, which comes standard from the factory with a 28 round magazine, but I live in California, and can only own 10 round magazines. Will Buds change this out for me before shipping it here?

No Dominic. Bud's does NOT alter the packing or packaging of any items to comply with State requirements (or for other reasons for that matter).

buds will not open the box at all . I would be suprised if buds shipped it to you at a CA address Please call the 1st thing in the am (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).

Dominic, Buds does not alter firearms or accessory packages. You will need to call and speak with Buds directly to see if anything can be done to help you out at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
