No. Springfield themselves said that they would NOT be offering the Hellion in a California Compliant model. That being said, it seems that someone made CA compliant version of Hellion HERE ( riflegear.com/p-17910-springfield-armory-hellion-556mm-16-bullpup-rifle-ca-featureless.aspx ) I hope this helps!
