Roy, are you talking about the transfer. If so no, buds ships the gun to the FFL/gunshop of your choice and the gunshop does the transfer. Hope this helps.

For Owner Transfer/registration, that is done by your FFL. For actual firearm Warranty Registration, that would be done by the actual owner once transferred.

Roy, Bud's does not register guns. If registration is required where you live, it will be done at the time of transfer by your FFL. Have a great day!
