Nicholas, no, buds item number 415000253 has a threaded barrel. The only non-threaded barrel version 10/22 takedown ruger makes comes with a standard black synthetic stock. So you would have to purchase that one and upgrade the stock. Not sure why Ruger doesn't offer more non-threaded versions. Sorry but hope this helps.
