Jeff, they have slight differences. Upc number 022188038101 doesn't have an internal key lock wich is a little hole that makes it so you can disable the trigger. That and it has a black/stainless finish. Upc number 022188638103 has an internal key lock and has a matte silver finish. Other than that they're identical. Buds also has ones marked qp/qualified professionals Wich they're both the same as the two I just described but at a discount for law enforcement. So pretty much just depends if you want the internal key hole lock or not, know most people don't like them Wich is something to think about if you ever would try to resell it. Hope this helps.
