  • John, no Sir. Unfortunately the Ruger Mark IV is not on the CA DOJ Approved Handgun Roster : https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=151002

  • John, Ruger did not pay the Republik of Commiefornia the $200 extortion fee to have the Mark IV put on the approved roster. Don't shoot me, I'm only the messenger.
