Anthony, that would depend on Wich state you live in. If you live in strict gun control states like California, believe new York ammo would have to ship to a FFL dealer. Most states ammo will ship directly to your house, no FFL dealer necessary. A easy way to find out is add the ammo to your cart and proceed to checkout. The first page will either ask for your address or ask for a FFL dealer. If it just asks for your address it'll ship to you. If it asks for a FFL dealer unfortunately you live in one of the few states that require ammo to be shipped to a FFL. Hope this helps.
