Patrick, live chat is the blue box at the bottom right corner of screen. If you do not see it during normal business hours, you may have to switch browsers or devices. I cannot see the blue chat button when I use Firefox, but if I switch to Safari it is there. You can also try using a PC instead of phone.

Patrick, there should be a blue box at the bottom right corner of your screen. Sometimes if you're using your phone it won't pop up. I've noticed turning my phone sideways to make the screen bigger will make it pop up. If not I'd try using a tablet or computer.
