  • Tisha, the FFL you chose will have all the paperwork you need. If you haven't done so, it's always a good idea to contact the FFL and let them know you have a gun coming.

  • Trisha, no need to get any paperwork. If you picked one of the FFL dealers from buds list then buds already has their license and all the information they need. As for the background check paperwork when you go to the dealer to pick it up they will have all the necessary documents for you to fill out already there. All you have to do is sit back and wait for the firearm to be delivered. Once it's delivered and you go to pick it up the FFL dealer will have a 4473 form/background check for you to fill out. Other than that you're good to go. Hope this helps.

  • Tisha, no, once your selected FFL receives the firearm and contact info from Buds, they will have everything needed by way of paperwork to get the firearm transferred to you and out the door with your new toy. Cheers and stay safe!

  • if the FFL you chose was on Buds list of FFLs then you need to do nothing If it is not then you need to contact your FFL and have them send Buds a copy of their FFL to buds at FFL@BudsGunShop.com

  • When you go to pick up your purchase the dealer should provide the relevant Form 4473 for you to fill out either on paper or electronically. You should arrive with accepted forms of ID, any relevant license/permit for the firearm you bought in your state, and a means of paying your FFL dealer's transfer fee if they charge one. It is difficult to be more specific without knowing where you are, but in general the process is easy to navigate. If you haven't met or talked to the FFL dealer before I would recommend getting in contact with them, they should be able to answer questions like this too
