Donald, sorry you're having issues with your shotgun. Here's two email addresses I found for them if you haven't tried them already, " info@pardusarms.com " and here's the other one, " pardus.imports@neptunearms.com ". I'd try both of them. I'd also contact buds customer service again and tell them you've been contacting pardus but haven't received any replies. I know alot of manufacturers are behind so replies are taking awhile. Unfortunately if none of that works the only other option I could think of is to try taking it to a local gunsmith and see if they can't find a solution.
