Christy, if you have a Windows machine, you can open your file - type in Snipping (open the Snipping Tool) - click New - right click and drag your mouse to cover the picture - save and name your file. Use this new file to upload at Buds (should be smaller). If this does not work you can email to Buds at FFL@BudsGunShop.com ( with your account number). Buds Customer Service can assist you also at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Sat. Cheers and stay safe!

Christy, I had a similar issue and used the chat button as others have suggested. My problem was resolved very quickly using that option. Buds will find a solution that works for you, whether it’s snapping a pic of your document, sending as a pdf or a simple fax. Don’t give up. The benefits are well worth it. The easiest route would be to just contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. Christy, you need to re-size your file so that it is lees than 2MB. If you don't know how to do that, you can fax it to Bud's at 1-800-804-5569, be sure to include your membership number. You can also call Buds Customer Service for assistance at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Sat. I have found the blue chat button works best.
