John, I'd imagine if it's coming in the mail 3-5 days but as others have stated we're just customers as yourself not buds employees. So I'd recommend contacting buds at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. John, usually in 72 hours but this is a notoriously slower time of the year due to order volume and lower staff levels so it will likely be a few days longer.
