Ryan, seems to be working just fine for me. I just typed in hellcat pro and a bunch popped up. If you already tried clearing your browser and cache and that didn't work I'd recommend trying a different platform. So if you're using your phone try a tablet or computer and vice versa. Another option to find the model number or upc by googling the item and then enter the model number or upc under buds search. You can also use buds menu to search by manufacturer. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps.
