Anthony, sorry but the 110 Elite Precision is not available with 24" barrel. Since the muzzle brake is removable, it is not included in the barrel length. The stock is adjustable for length of pull, but is not a folding stock. I hope this answers your question. Have a great day!

Hi Anthony, unfortunately no Sir. 26 inches is the barrel length plus the muzzle brake. The stock does not fold but does adjust for length of pull and cheek height. Cheers and stay safe!

Anthony, unfortunately it only comes with the 26 inch barrel option. That's 26 inches plus the muzzle brake, not including. Lastly the stock is not foldable. It has an adjustable cheek rest and is adjustable for length of pull. These are great rifles though and capable of half moa groups. Hope this helps and you're very welcome.
