Scott, it's letting me confirm my address like normal. First page just click on the box and it'll add a check mark. Second page click on confirm address and what payment option you want to use. Then click on continue to order confirmation. If it won't let you I'd try a different device. So if you're on your phone try a tablet or computer. If that doesn't work you can contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They can help you complete the order over the phone. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps.
