Edward, you can check your recent orders by logging into buds and clicking on menu, then order status/account, then my order history. That will show your recent orders and if your order went through. You can also contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 8pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen and they'll be able to assist you.
