  • I continue to see the message "awaiting confirmation of approved and signed financing agreement..." but the purchase link is no longer actionable on my end if I try to use credova, and I have no clue what the next step is to get that purchase power back.
    For the most part I've never had a negative experience with Credova, and I have always been quick to pay down my obligations extra early. I dont know if its credova or Buds that needs to fix this. Please help.

  • Mark, contact Bud's at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Sat. or Credova if needed at 833-273-3682 during normal business hours of 6AM to 6PM PST.

  • Mark, I'd recommend contacting buds customer service since we're just customers as yourself not buds employees. So we can only point you in the right direction. Buds customer service can be contacted at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 8pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They'll be able to help straighten everything out. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps some.
