Hi MOHSIN, yes Sir it is MD legal with 10rd magazines. Buds will remove the non compliant magazines but you will need to get 10rd mags separately : budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/1146/magpul+mag290-blk+ar-10+pmag+gen+m3+10rd+308win+7.62nato+black -- AR-10 type rifles are not regulated and should be transferable. AR-15 rifles featuring a heavy
barrel contour are not regulated and should be transferable.
