A 100 round mag Alone is a Big No-No in CA. As they only allow a 10 round Max with magazines. But this particular firearm is not on CA's roster of guns permitted to own so that's also a no, sorry.

Brian, no, it's not on California's approved list so it's not legal in California especially with the 100 round magazine. Sorry but hope this helps.
