Patrick, are you sure about needing the serial number on receipt? Most receipts do not include the serial number. Patrick, most buds firearms receipts don't contain the serial number unless it is the shipping receipt that is sent to your local FFL Dealer. If the firearm is on layaway or at Buds, you will need to contact Buds Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Patrick, normally you can go to your orders by clicking on menu, then order status/account, then my order history and print that out but I just checked and that shows the model number but not the serial number. So I would contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 8pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They'll be able to assist you. We're just customers as yourself not buds employees, so we can only point you in the right direction. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps some.
