Shaun, not knowing where you are located best I can recommend is Google gunsmiths near you. That or Id recommend calling some local gunshops and ask if they know of any good gunsmiths. Most likely they've used or atleast know of a few. That's how Ive found gunsmiths. Hope this helps and hope you find one.

As Josh T. Suggested, w/o knowing your location I'd just Google local gunsmith in your area. You'll be sure to come up with a few, then go from there.
