Hi Mickey, you need to just downsize your picture. Not hard to do but if you're unfamiliar on how to do it then you can call Bud's up at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri.
Or, you can simply email your current picture to them at FFL@Budsgunshop.com.

Mickey, you have to re-size your picture to be under 2.0mb. If you don't know how to do this, you can email it to FFL@Budsgunshop.com, or fax it to 1-800-804-5569. If you still need assistance, Buds Customer Service should be able to help at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Mickey, I'd recommend contacting buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They'll be able to assist you. We're just customers as yourself not buds employees. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps some.

Hi Mickey, If you are running Windows 10 or 11, just pull up the picture, open the Snipping Tool and make a new copy/picture and save it to your desktop. The attempt to upload the new picture. Cheers and stay safe!
