Hi Mickey, you need to just downsize your picture. Not hard to do but if you're unfamiliar on how to do it then you can call Bud's up at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri.
Or, you can simply email your current picture to them at FFL@Budsgunshop.com.

Mickey, I'd recommend contacting buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. Hi Mickey, If you are running Windows 10 or 11, just pull up the picture, open the Snipping Tool and make a new copy/picture and save it to your desktop. The attempt to upload the new picture. Cheers and stay safe!
