Josh, correct it should have came with an adjustable rear sight from the factory. Hi Josh and welcome. The Scout .450 Bushmaster should come with an Adjustable Rear Peep Iron Sight. Savage Customer Service should be able to send a replacement at (800) 370-0708

Josh, yes sir, this is supposed to come with front & rear iron sights. I would reach out to Savage Arms and they will likely send you the missing sight. Once you take possession of the gun, you need to go thru the manufacturer for any defects or missing parts.
