  • How do I add a shipping address that is different from my billing address for an on line order?

  • Hi Martin. Just check out - At the Confirm Address screen - click change address - select or add the new address - continue with check out as normal. Cheers and stay safe!

  • You would need to ADD another address to your account. As you go through checkout, the first page will ask you to confirm your shipping address. Here is where you'll now have the opportunity to change or keep the shipping address shown. As you proceed to billing on the next page is where you'll be able to change the billing address if need be.

  • Martin, just add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. First page will ask for your address. Under confirm address it'll have a red box that says change address. Click on that and enter your shipping address. Second page will ask for your billing address and form of payment. If the billing address isn't correct just do the same as the first page and click on the red box "change address". Then just finish checkout by continuing to the last page/order confirmation where it'll let you add your payment information. If you have any trouble you can contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They'll be able to assist you. We're just customers as yourself not buds employees so we can only point you in the right direction. Hope this helps.

  • Hi Martin and welcome. The first thing you need to do is add another address to your account. Click on 'Order Status/Account' at top of page. From there, go to 'Your Addresses', there you can add different addresses. Once you have the address added, then you can choose that address at checkout. On the first page of checkout, you will see a red box that says 'Change Address'. Click that box and then you can choose from the stored addresses on your account. Stay safe & have a great day!
