  • Other than the 10 round vs 20 round magazine, are there any differences between the Model 5610 (20 rd) and State Compliant Model 5614. Thanks for any help.

  • Michael, nope, just the magazine difference. Both have a 16.1 inch barrel with a 1:10 twist ratio and a 5/8×24 thread pattern. Both have a two stage ruger elite 452 trigger with a 4.5 pound trigger pull and ruger 2-Port boomer muzzle brake. They both also include the Magpul Moe sl stock and Moe grip and a 15 inch mlok handguard. So no difference other than magazine capacity. If you're not in a magazine capacity restricted state I'd grab Model 5610 with the 20 round magazine since they're identical and Model 5610 is roughly $100 cheaper. Hope this helps and you're very welcome.

  • Hi Michael and welcome to the forum. The core firearms are identical. Magazine capacity is the "only" difference. Everything else is the same. Cheers and stay safe!
