  • The worst financial institution to choose Credova. No 4 easy payments in Michigan, otherwise the interess is huge.12 payments of $74 brings the gun from $450 to $888 terrible.PayPal and Afirm doesn’t allow gun buying. So i have left no other option but cash.Any suggestions without being a Smart A.. save and buy it. duhhhh

  • Nedzat, if you can afford $120/month for 3 months, I would use Bud's 90 day layaway. It will cost you an additional $25 in fees, but you can join Team Bud's for $25 and then you get no fee layaways. If the gun is $450, you need 20% down ($90), then make 3 payments of $120 each. Team Bud's info here budsgunshop.com/teambuds.php

  • The best thing to do if you’re shopping with buds & your on a budget is to get a team buds account. You can layaway something up for 3 months & with the team buds account they waive the fees they put on your item each month its kept in layaway. If you aren’t a member there are fees the charge each of the 3 months you let it stay in layaway

  • Nedzat, unfortunately I've heard quite a few horror stories about credova and that's why I won't use it. It sounds tempting since you can have the firearm shipped immediately and pay later but interest rates can be high. Buds does do 90 day layaway on most firearms and some are even available for 180 day layaway. I've used it several times and always gone smoothly. If the firearm is Available for layaway just add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. First page will ask for a FFL dealer. Second page will ask how you wish to pay, just click on 90/180 day layaway. You will have to make a down payment of 20%. You have 90 days to pay it off. First 30 days are free but after 30 days buds adds $10 to your bills total and another $15 after 60 days. Again if it's paid off within 30 days there's no additional fees. That would be my first choice. Another option would be to buy buds gift cards until you have enough. I've also done this because I'm horrible at saving money. This way I know I can't spend it on anything but something at buds and can just buy a gift card whenever I have extra cash until I have enough. Plus if by the time I save enough I change my mind and want something different I'm not stuck in payments. Either of those would be the way I'd go. Sorry having trouble with credova but hope this helps some.

  • How about Sezzle? Once you increase your buying power they will give you a virtual card that can be used anywhere online and even in person in certain stores like Target.

  • Hi Nedzat and welcome. I happen to agree with everything you said. Lots of other nightmare stories out there. Cash or Layaway may be your best options. Cheers and stay safe!
