Hi Anthony and welcome to Bud's. The RIA VR series shotguns are Turkish made by Derya Arms in Konya,Turkey and imported by RIA.
Not in the Philippines. That’s where their 1911’s are made though. The VR80 and VR60 are made in Turkey.
I actually own this gun and the receiver is stamped "Derya Arms, Turkey"
