Hi Damon and welcome to Bud's. Any handgun sold in CA must be on the CA DOJ Roster of Approved Handguns. Unfortunately, neither the BRG-9 nor the SCCY are on that roster.

Unfortunately, CA has made up this ridiculous "Approved Gun Roster" which prohibits so many guns. The model in question BRG-9 Elite is unfortunately not on the roster therefore not allowed. Such BS!!!

Damon, unfortunately the brg9 elite and the sccy aren't California compliant/legal.
