Phillip, unfortunately no it won't fit the 590M shockwave. Not really finding any laser options that will either. Did find the nightstick SFL-11GL it replaces the pump forend but reading reviews some say it fits, some say it doesn't. Hopefully manufacturers will start making more options soon. Sorry but hope this helps some.
