Mike, no optics included, but it is optics ready. It does not ship with any adapter plates, they are sold separately.
It does have suppressor height blacked out front and rear sights.

Mike, this doesn't include any optic. It is optics ready Wich means the slides cut to accept a red dot though. If you mean sights this includes suppressor height blacked out front and rear sight. Hope this helps.
