Dennis, I personally have not. Do you know what ever happened to the check sent to your old address. Possibly could call USPS and see if it was sent back to them and could be delivered to the correct address. Unfortunately if that isn't possible contacting Beretta would be the only thing to do. Could try asking to speak to you manager. It's possible Berettas waiting for the first check to expire before sending a new one. Know usually after 6 months checks are no longer valid. I'd keep trying Beretta at (800) 237-3882 or here's a link you can use to email them ( beretta.com/en-us/service/ ). Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps some and good luck.
