  • I bought a 12 gauge charle daly 601 five months ago, and its still under warranty. What do i have to do?

  • Johnny, for warranty work you would have to contact the manufacturer at 937-835-5000, Mon-Fri 9am-4pm (EST) or you can email (info@chiappafirearms.com). They'll be able to assist you in fixing any issues. Sorry you're having some type of issue with your shotgun but hope this helps.
