Hi Luis and welcome. This is a Gen 3, sights include a fixed, blacked-out rear with a green fiber-optic front and are in a Glock 19/40 pattern should you want to change them out. The Gen 2 accepts M&P sights. And yes, this is compatible with Sig 226 magazines.
