Jacob, yes this is perfectly legal in Illinois. From everything I'm reading you can't have more than a 10 round magazine for rifles, but can have up to a 15 round magazine in a pistol. So the 15 round magazines should be perfectly legal in Illinois. You could ask your local FFL dealer to double check. That or if the magazines are restricted in Illinois buds will automatically remove them. They will still ship the pistol but not the magazines. Hope this helps.
