Is this diamondback rifle in 9mm reliable and do the use glock mags

yes they use Glock magazines and seems to be reliable

Honestly I've seen some bad reviews on this but never used one.

This rifle is extremely reliable when using "Authentic" Glock Magazines. It functions with the Korean Glock style mags but I prefer Glock or Magpul glock style mags as the springs seem stronger through the full range of rounds. Around mid way the Korean style mags get soft.
