George, yes sir, since this is a pump action shotgun it's perfectly legal in Massachusetts. Pump action shotguns don't have the same restrictions as semi automatics. So you're good to go. This is perfectly legal for MA. Pump Action shotguns, like Bolt Action rifles, do not carry the same restrictions as their Semi-auto counterparts.
