Hi Jonathon, I've ordered Used firearms from Buds they're usually described to a T. 90%-100% is like new condition. I've never seen anything on them. 80%-90% I would bet the minor scratches are very light and hardly noticeable. If you order, after they ship to your FFL go check it out. If you don't like the condition don't do the transfer. Call buds and they may give a better discount to keep it otherwise they'll refund you. Hope this helps!
