I tried applying for the QP discount and it just gave me the option to upload 1 form of ID but it says I need another to go along with my military ID. I went ahead and just used my military, still no response though

Your Military will be fine. You won't get a notification in spite of what Buds says. You should be able to purchase QP items 24 to 48hrs from when 1st uploaded. You can verify this at Buds (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
