Hi Joe and welcome. Unfortunately not easily. The front sight is likely pined and not replaceable without having a dovetail cut into the slide. The rear sight is GI std notch in . 25 dovetail, adjustable for windage only. This can be replaced with a few drop in styles but unless you choose to mill the slide for front and rear sights your very limited. Cheers and stay safe!
