If this is in fact a Lightweight Storm, then the receiver should have a weight relief machining in it, and a fluted bolt. Correct? Just want to verify that.

Isaac, correct, this is definitely the Savage 110 lightweight storm. The upc and model number confirm this. It has a Spiral-fluted bolt,
20-inch stainless steel lightweight contour barrel, and a skeletonized receiver. If you google the upc 011356570710 you can find better pictures. Hope this helps and you're very welcome.
